Some of our favourite Western eats in Sanur

If you have some time in Sanur – here are some of our favourite places to eat when we are on Bali for the day shopping. We eat locally on Lembongan all the time so we use our trips to Bali to enjoy different cuisines.

We love the tiny joy that is Sri Lovin’Oven in Sanur, best sourdough on Bali but also the best toasted cheese in the world – yes I said it – I dare you to try it and disagree

We’ve recently discovered and are thoroughly enjoying Kou Kou Dimsum at Plaza Renon, always busy, always fresh tasty well priced dim sum.

Our favourite lunch is at Kuu Izakaya the Japanese restaurant out front of the Maya Hotel on Jalan Danau Tamblingan – they have fabulous lunch offers including out fav chicken teriyaki bento box, the tempura is sublime, the miso so flavourful.

We are new converts and now big fans of Naughty Nuri’s ribs

Café Saigon on Jalan Sudamala offers tasty tasty Vietnamese fare

We love Sala and their unbeatably delicious breakfast options

And Massimo for bountiful Italian

challenging Massimo for the best ice cream crown is new to us Gusto Ice Cream – they’re both pretty fabulous!

And last but no means least The Fire Station is always on point, and steak night is our personal favourite – great wine, food and ambience.

We like good food and hopefully you’ll enjoy some of these places too!
