Classes can be held almost anywhere.

All we need from host venues is:

  • Access to a fridge, for the duration of the class – one shelf will do, the trays we use are stackable
  • Enough chairs and tables – every 2 participants will share a double gas stove so a standard dining table for 4 people will work for 4 people to take the class
  • Access to a bathroom

We will bring everything else needed including all of the pots, aprons, ingredients, gas stoves and gas cylinders.

Host venues are of course welcome to sell drinks to participants.

Small groups with a maximum of 10 per class.

If you have space for 10 participants but only 4 guests wanting to take the class, we will work to fill the additional spaces.
